Sonia got a chance to act with Mahesh babu in Dookudu

Sonia, who played the role of ‘ Sravs’ in ‘ Happy Days’ , has become so popular during those days. Among all the heroes and heroines, she attracted the attention of audiences with her different performance. However, she failed to get adequate break in films, though she made her presence felt in the Tollywood. Her films like ‘ Awara’ and ‘ Brahmalokam to Yamalokam’ have just come and gone.

‘ Vinayakudu’ was able to bring smile on her face. Again nothing much happened in her acting career. She turned to Kollywood for some time
but there too, she failed to make any mark. Now that she got a very good opportunity in
Sreenu Vaitla’ s ‘ Dookudu’ starring Maheshbabu. Though Samanta is the heroine, Sonia got a chance to play a very key role in the film as the heroine’ s best friend.
