The Madras high court issued notice to the team of 'ROBO'

The Madras high court on Tuesday issued summons to the director and the producer of Robo (Endhiran) on receiving a complaint from the writer who claimed that the story was illegally taken from his book.

The civil suit was present for admission before Justice S Rajeswaran and he asked the production house ‘Sun Pictures’ and Shankar to answer the file by
November 18.

The summons was accepted on behalf of Kalanidhi Maran, producer of the film and managing director of Sun Pictures. By November 18th the notice is to be returned.

Aarur Tamil Nadan the writer stated in the application that The story of Superstar Rajinikanth starrer Endhiran was based on the novel named Jugiba written by me and was published in the year1996 and 2007 in a magazine.

The film is already released and doing a good business. Sun Pictures also opposed any temporary order to see that the film will continue its screening.
