Nani, Bindu Madhavi, Haripriya starrer ‘Pilla Zamindar’ is filming at brisk progress. The film has a tag line ‘but conditions apply’. Ashok G who has earlier won Golden Nandi for children film titled ‘Ushodayam’ is directing this flick. Dammalapati Srinivasa Rao and S.S. Buchibabu are jointly producing it on the banner of Sri Shailendra Movies Speaking about the flick, the director says, “The film projects the hero as a rich guy who goes to college to show off his wealth and to spend money
like water instead of concentrating on studies. However, he gets into trouble one day and the way he comes out of the trouble is the rest of the story. In order to justify this point, we kept a tagline to our film ‘But Conditions Apply’.
